FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have any questions about MyRobot.cloud? Find the most frequently asked questions here, and please let us know if you don’t find the answer to your question.

A: Well, it is a cloud-based robot management system where you can store your different customers and their hardware, products, patterns, and simulations. Use digital twin simulations to test hardware compatibility and other issues on a large scale.
A: The Fast Track is a quick and straightforward flow that end customers can use for free but without the option to select preferred hardware. To receive their simulations, they must register their email and country. The leads generated will be sent to the partnered solution provider of the customer’s selected region.
A: You can easily create customer organizations containing projects related to that customer. To swap between customer organizations, click the organization drop-down menu in the top right corner and select another organization under “switch organization“.
A: Products are stored in the .json file format, which you can create in MyRobot.cloud. If you already have .json files, you can upload them individually under “patterns.”
A: Calculating the ROI on palletizing solutions, called payback time, depends on multiple factors. Usually, the solutions have earned back their investment after 1–2 years of operation, depending on the scenario. This article highlights the most critical operational costs to consider when calculating the ROI, including a cobot’s lifespan.
We are talking hours. The installation phase is considered the physical installation and training of the employees. Considering that you have everything needed to set up a solution, integration engineers can have it all done within a typical workday.
In MyRobot.cloud, you can implement your specific data concerning product size, CPM, pattern, and configurations related to software and hardware. Your specific data will be verified through digital twin simulation and a project report.
No, but completing is so fast you won’t have to.
The Fast Track is free to use. Costs only apply to those wishing to integrate their solutions into the platform, meaning grippers, bases, etc.
The power consumption. That is just an estimate.
A: A Digital Twin simulation is an exact digital representation or simulation of a physical setup and action. For MyRobot.cloud, the digital twin simulation is a digital copy of your chosen palletizing setup with our Pally software. For more information, see this article
A: Verification means you have digitally tested and verified that your solution will work in the real world. By completing our Fast Track to Cobot Palletizing, you will quickly receive a project report and a digital twin simulation that serves as an upfront verification.
A: Try everything! The nice part about cloud simulations is that you can run many at once. Then you can choose the setup that gives the best results for you.
A: The robot can quickly and easily swap between different product configurations. The robot can also palletize one product on the right pallet while palletizing another on the left. More options exist, but the robot can not palletize two products on the same layer.
The answer is often yes, but adding a detection system to the robot cell could be necessary. This article can tell you more about depalletizing. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us.
Within one hour after completing the 3-step wizard, you should receive an email with information that the simulation is complete. The email will contain link(s) to the digital twin simulation(s) of your palletizing solution(s).
Our simulation models are the exact dimensions as their real-life counterparts. Therefore we can quickly figure out the footprint of the solution.
If you wish to buy or want a quote for the solution you have chosen for your simulations, we will put you in contact with the nearest solution provider. From there, you and the solution provider can proceed with the process.
